The purpose of the Epiphany School Club is to promote the spiritual, educational, and physical well-being of the children at Epiphany Catholic School, build a connection between home and school, and show appreciation for the teachers and staff. 

Meetings are held on the first Thursday of every other month at 6:30 p.m. in the school library.  All parents of Epiphany Catholic School are members of School Club.  Parents are welcomed to attend meetings and invited to help with any School Club activities and fundraisers.  If you have any questions or concerns please contact School Club at schoolclub@epiphanyschools.org

Volunteer Opportunities

  • Room Parent: sign up. 
    Epiphany is a wonderful community for both the students and families and part of that is due to the efforts of our Room Parents, helping to create fun-filled classroom memories for our children and helping demonstrate our appreciation for the teachers. We truly thank you for your contributions! 

    We encourage you to check out the Sign-Up Genius link above and consider signing up for this role if it is still available in your child’s class. If you are nervous about the idea of being a room parent, please don’t be! There are many experienced parents here to help and Natalie Wright and I are also available to assist you. This year, in addition to organizing the classroom holiday parties and park day, the room parents will be responsible for organizing a personalized silent auction item from their class to be placed in the Auction for Excellence in October.  We have come up with plenty of ideas for silent auction items (as well as classroom party ideas) that we will provide for you at the upcoming room parent meetings.

    We will be having a room parent meeting at the beginning of school.  We will discuss the classroom silent auction items so that you have plenty of time to plan for those.  We want to make this is as easy as possible for you!  We will also review the details of the role and provide you with teacher birth dates, classroom money, party dates, and answer all your burning questions. 

    If you do not want to be a room parent, but are interested in organizing the silent auction item for your child’s class, please let us know.
