Registration will begin for current families and parishioners on Thursday, February 1. Registration for the general public begins on Tuesday, February 20.

Registration in FACTS SIS (previously RenWeb) is student based and the instructions below reflect that.
Instructions for families with an existing KMAELC student

  1. Log into Family Portal

  2. Click on Apply / Enroll on the left and then select Enrollment / Reenrollment.

  3. The screen should show a list of your current students (KMAELC-8th grade). *If your KMAELC student is missing, contact Ms. Lanham*

  4. Click on “Start Enrollment Packet” next to each KMAELC student’s name.

Instructions for families with a new KMAELC student:

  1. Click on this link: FACTS new account for Epiphany

  2. Click on Create an Account.

  3. Create an account, if needed, and then log in.

  4. If you already have an account, click on Application in the upper right hand corner to log in (account created when registering an older child for preschool the first time).

  5. Click on the "Create A New Student Application" button.

  6. Follow the instructions provided on the first page of the application.

  7. Click "Complete Review and Submit Application".
