The Epiphany Christmas Programs are quickly approaching.
Monday, December 9, grades K- 3 will be entertaining you at the Central Catholic High School Auditorium, at 6:00.
This is a dress up occasion for the students.
On Monday, December 16, at 6:00, grades 4 and 5 will be performing, as well as the 5th grade band, and the Junior High Choir. This also is at CCHS.
Please plan on attending and supporting the Fine Arts Program at Epiphany Catholic School.
School Club will be continuing our annual Bright Lights tradition this year. A donation box has been placed outside of the grade school and preschool offices, and will remain there until the end of the school day on Monday December 16. Bright Lights is a great way to ensure that all of our Epiphany teachers and staff are acknowledged and shown our gratitude at Christmas time. Please see the attached flier for more information. If you have questions please contact Theresa French at 824-7637.
We have added sports and 8th Grade Class Fundraising sign ups to the Volunteer Opportunities page to help consolidate all sign up activities. There are still several opportunities available before December 31! Volunteer Opportunities
If you have questions or would like items added to the volunteer opportunities page please send a link to your sign up to SchoolClub@Epiphanyschools.org. To navigate to the Volunteer Opportunities page click on Committees, School Club, Volunteer Opportunities.
It's that time of year again! The Junior High will be holding our STEAM Fair on Tuesday, December 17th, from 2:00-3:00 in the Lyceum. Classrooms, parents, and family members are invited to spend a few minutes looking around the fair.
In addition to our STEM projects, publishing exhibit, and service exhibit, we will be showcasing projects that our students have created using the Lego Robotics kits. We know it is especially difficult during this time of year to find extra time in your day. With all the hard work that has gone into this program, please know that both the students and the teachers would greatly appreciate your support. We hope to see you there!
Tuition assistance scholarship grants will be available for the 2014 - 2015 school year. All grants will be based on financial need objectively assessed. Any family that would like to apply for scholarships from the diocese or from Epiphany needs to follow the protocols listed by the diocese. If you have any questions regarding the process you may contact the Epiphany Church Office. Please note the new deadline has been moved to March 15, 2014. Click here for information about the grants. Parents are encouraged to apply online at https://online.factsmgt.com/aid. Families of students currently receiving grants are reminded that all grants are for one year only and anyone seeking to renew a grant for 2014 - 2015 must reapply. Notification of grant awards will be made by mid-April.
The State Farm Good Neighbor Grant Program awards a $500 grant on behalf of each eligible participant who volunteers a minimum of 40 hours per calendar year to an eligible nonprofit organization, like Epiphany Catholic School.
If you are a State Farm employee, there are still plenty of opportunities to reach your 40 hours in order to qualify for the State Farm Good Neighbor Grant by year-end. Check out the sports activities currently going on, volunteer at one of the upcoming Christmas programs, or simply volunteer in one of our classrooms. Volunteer opportunities and sign-ups can be found on the volunteer opportunities page of the school website (click on Committees and select School Club). Don't forget to log your service hours and turn them in to the school.
Once you reach 40 hours you can simply apply for the $500 award online at: https://www.easymatch.com/statefarm or by downloading the application and mailing it in. All requests need to be completed by March 31 of the following year of service.
Save the Date: Epiphany Tailgate Trivia Night will be held on Saturday, January 25! Don't miss out on the fun! Be sure to look for more details coming up after Christmas break.
