Catholic Schools Week Art Project

Art students are decorating CSW Logo centerpieces that will be used at Trivia Night, Pancake Breakfast and the Special Person Lunch.

Catholic Schools Week Service Project

Epiphany Catholic School students will bring items to school to donate to Pack the Van for Catholic Charities. Collection will begin on Friday—January 24, 2020 and will end on Thursday—January 30, 2020.

Saturday—January 25, 2020   Parish Appreciation Day

• Epiphany Catholic School students wear their uniforms to 4:00 pm Mass.  Students will check-in with a staff member to receive a Casual Dress Day reward on Thursday—February 6, 2020

• An 8th grade student and CCHS student will be the introduction lectors, reading a parish thank you.

• Students will also be greeters, lectors, altar servers and gift bearers at 4:00 pm Mass.  A Sign-Up Genius has been sent to parents to volunteer their children for these Mass parts.

• Cub Scout Pinewood Derby Trials, Small Gym, 11:00 am – 3:00 pm

• School Club Trivia Night, Parish Hall, 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm, doors open at 5:30 pm

Sunday—January 26, 2020   Parish Appreciation Day

• Epiphany Catholic School students wear their uniforms to 7:30 am, 9:00 am, 11:30 am and 5:30 pm Masses.  Students will check-in with a staff member to receive a Casual Dress Day reward on Thursday—February 6, 2020.

Monday—January 27, 2020   Teacher/Staff Appreciation Day

• Casual Dress Day for Faculty/Staff, and Students (colors of their Olympiad country)

• 6th Grade Mass Buddies Party, Parish Hall, 9:00 am

• Lunch and dessert  provided for Faculty/Staff by School Club

• Opening Ceremonies – Olympiad, Lyceum, 2:30 pm

Tuesday—January 28, 2020   Great To Be A Saint/Knight Day

• Saints/Knights Shirt & Casual Bottom

• 8th Graders - Great To Be A Saint Day, CCHS, 8:00 am – 1:00 pm

• Staff Luncheon compliments of Mercy Creek Village

• Geography Bee Finals, Parish Hall, 2:15 pm

• Game Day, Classrooms, 2:30 pm

• Kindergarten Showcase 6:00 pm in Rooms 2 and 4. An opportunity for prospective parents to see our classroom, explore our curriculum and meet our teachers

Wednesday—January 29, 2020   Catholic Schools Appreciation Day

• School Club will provide breakfast for staff

• All-School Prayer Service @ 8:15 am

• Uniform Dress

• All-School Bingo 2:30 pm in Lyceum

Thursday—January 30, 2020   Student Appreciation Day

• Casual Tops and Bottoms

• Parent Lunch:  Parents, Grandparents and/or Special Persons are invited to purchase a Papa John’s lunch or bring their own lunch and join their student during the following lunch periods.    We will be eating in the Small Gym.
